Mav & Indy
Indy's birth story part 2
Our first day with Indy is a blur...as I said in the last post, the first weeks are a blur.
There is nothing quite like it though.
Its a mix of being the happiest, most in love, and maybe the most tired you have been all wrapped up together.
I love it.
I love it.
We cuddled our sweet girl, tried to rest a bit, and had lots of family and friends come to meet her that first day.
Rather than trying to write all about it, I have a mix of pictures that I will share because they sum up those first hours the best.
Jake and I snapped a few on our own between visitors and had my cousin Ashley take the rest.
I am so happy that I will have these to look back on...I never want to forget it.
Mav got his own camera that day too.
Here are a few that he took :)
The cutest part was, the night we got home, he kept calling us into his room so that we could turn his camera back on so he could look at his pictures of Indy.
It got to be a bit much eventually, but isn't he is soooo sweet!?
Two little monkeys
These two little monkeys are so full of energy lately! I think we are all starting to go a bit crazy after being cooped up inside over the winter months. We need the warmer weather to roll in! Hopefully it will soon. Today, we thought it would be fun to channel some of that excess energy and have a supervised bounce party on the bed. They loved it! They probably could have done this all day if we would have let them :)
